Mastermind Coaching Classes Orientation and Pre-Registration

This is a brief introduction and overview of the Mastermind Group training and coaching class workshop.

This ninety day joint venture project will include a combination of the following objectives:

6 Week Marketing Action Plan
8 Week Leadership Action Plan
13 Week Mastermind Workshop
90 Day Joint Venture Probation

The minimum market exposure target will be ten thousand message exposures or 100-500 visitors or exposures per day per individual member until the minimum ten thousand marketing exposures are reached. This means ten thousand people need to hear your message in some form during the 90 day joint venture probation.

Pre-Registration

First you will need to set up your replicated funded proposal system. Once your system is up just come back here and leave a comment with your system username. Go here to do that.

You will receive homework assignments each day. The following day you can report your progress on your assignment. You will be receiving coaching and training. You will also be actively marketing lead generation products and coaching services. You will also have some interaction with customers and other members of the mastermind group.

Class Orientation

Step One: Join the group and meet, greet and interact with fellow members. The groups will remain small so that as more people join the groups will be broken down into smaller groups of 20 or 30 members. A group of several thousand becomes more difficult to manage and to benefit from for each individual in a co-operative setting. Each individual’s needs can get lost in a sea of thousands of other members.

Step Two: Attend live classes or listen to the recorded calls interacting with mentors, coaches and fellow members on live chats and calls, in forums or through email or instant messaging.

Step Three: Get live answers to your questions and help with your problems and glitches. You can also go to the forums for help and ask questions and get your questions answered.

Step Four: Complete your class assignments and report your url’s or your posting results to the group or team leader. At this stage everyone is jointly promoting the coaching classes and the pipeline funding system. There is no competition and there are no campaigns being stolen. Everyone is in rotation and the group sizes are purposely kept small.

We are using standard online and offline marketing methods. There will be no theory or any fancy methods being taught. We are using affiliate marketing, Internet marketing, network marketing and direct response marketing to market generic lead generation and prospecting systems. We will also market training, coaching and mentoring systems by subscription (or lump sum) in addition to training materials, business tools and equipment and various CPA offers to monetize your subscription lists.

We are not hiding any surprises or any upsells. We are all well paid professionals and it is our intention to train and mentor you to be well paid professionals as well. We are not trying to sell you. We are setting the example of how to be successful in the home based business industry by being honest and upfront with any potential student.

New classes will start each Monday and will allow new members. This would make for concurrent classes one finishing up week two while newbies would be beginning week one. Classes would not exceed one hour per day. This would also allow restarts for students who couldn't complete assignments for whatever reason and fell behind class or had to stop altogether for some reason.

Purpose Of Classrooms and Coaching Method

The main purpose of personal contact, mentoring, training and coaching is accountability and also the effect of community on your progress. Accountability and the group community aspect have proven to be very effective for decades in helping individuals to successfully make drastic changes in their circumstances.

Student's Responsibilities

Teachers, trainers and coaches have a responsibility to deliver top quality instruction, service and accessibility. Students also have a responsibility to attend all classes, to complete any required homework assignments, lab projects and class assignments and to cooperate fully with your assigned coaches.

Realistic Expectations

BTW the earnings would not be immediately in the thousands for new students. Most of the coaching affiliate programs are monthly residual checks of anywhere from $15 to $30 each month. They would make anywhere from $50 to $116 monthly from each student they enroll. It is recommended to have another niche product based business alongside the coaching services to provide long term monthly income.

We are not making any exaggerated or inflated claims about making thousands of dollars quickly. It is not impossible and yes it does happen often but that is not what we are focusing on for every single student in only a few days.

The Long Term Goal

The long term goal is to build up your product or service niche. You can continue to coach and mentor but there are millions of products and services that you can master in your marketing. We recommend you focus on a product, service or niche that you and your market can identify with.

The goal is not for one person to personally coach and mentor thousands of people. The goal is for each person to productively and realistically personally coach and mentor maybe ten or twenty students.

You will not have to be a great speech maker or guru. Your job will be to pretty much point and click, provide accountability to your fellow students and community members and, as an entrepreneur, to provide consistent and reliable value to the marketplace.

Let's break that down to be practical:

(A) Point your people to the recorded trainings and the assignments
(B) Contact them to see if they have completed the assignments (Accountability)
(C) Answer any technical questions or marketing questions (You can simply refer them to tech support or marketing support or get the answers yourself from these sources and simply relay that info back to the students)
(D) Provide consistent value daily (or on some regularly scheduled basis) to the marketplace (In real time or through leverage and automation)

Some Rules That Must Be Followed

We do not tolerate flaming or abusing anyone else in any manner. Disagreements are understandable but attacks or unfounded accusations will not be tolerated.

Some Source Reading Materials Before Classes Begin

“Success In 10 Steps” and “Your Business Success Formula” are two small free ebooks that both cover the basics of relationship marketing, leadership and branding. Now "Success In 10 Steps" by Michael Dlouhy does lean pretty heavily towards classic old school network marketing. But I still recommend it highly because it does teach and explore the concept of relationship marketing. He doesn't seem to like direct marketing or Internet marketing in the classic sense but he nails relationship marketing head on.

"Your Business Success Formula" is a little more modern but takes relationship marketing a few steps further and blows the lid off of leadership and what that really is. The author John Samarin also focuses on branding or marketing yourself.

You will have to opt in to their capture pages to get the free ebooks but the material is well worth it. Don't let all the focus on network marketing scare away you affiliate marketers and traditional Internet marketing types. Keep an open mind and see how business is business and marketing is marketing.

Orientation includes:

(1) Completing vendor agreements and arrangements (which may be ongoing through upgrades and leveraging)
(2) Setting up product portals and customer buying portals
(3) Setting up your bio, story and profile descriptions
(4) Setting up your signature files
(5) Setting up customer visiting areas and product or company informational areas
(6) Setting up your business accessibility portals
(7) Setting up your businesses media content distribution stations and channels
(8) Setting up your marketplace stations
(9) Setting up a system to regularly produce your informative, entertaining and/or instructional media content and material
(10) Setting up a system to regularly produce your advertising content, direct sales content, and direct marketing content

There will be at least three basic levels of involvement in the program. The specific tools and techniques may be modified or adjusted as needed from time to time so this is not written in stone. The core objectives, concepts and principles will remain solidly constant.

Opportunity Jumpers is a nice name we will call the first group level of involvement. The name is pretty explanatory. Think of them as temporary workers. They will last anywhere from one or two weeks up to a maximum of about three months. They may try a few things here or there and are pretty hyped up sometimes but will soon fizzle out.

Nothing will stop them from jumping everywhere because they have probably been doing this for some time. I am not discouraging them because sometimes they may produce some lasting results but they are a standard part of the home based business industry.

Part Time Workers belong in the next group level. These people are sincere hard working individuals who will follow instructions and are patient enough to see them through and they will see some results. They may make from $500 to a few thousand per month. They are completely happy doing this. They will stay with you for years faithfully.

These people may have jobs or careers and have no interest in leaving their vocations. You could compare them to hobby photographers or weekend security guards or little league coaches. They enjoy this as a part time career.

Full Time Leaders and Managers are in the next group level. They are usually fewer in number and may make up from five percent to twenty percent of your membership base but may be responsible for the bulk of your residual income. These are the people you are really looking for if you plan on receiving residual income to retire off of. This is for those who want this to be a full time career for years to come.
